EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary employee-led communities that promote connection and belonging across the institution.
Considered to support and engage employees, ERGs create opportunities for networking, professional development, advocacy, and social engagement. Groups provide a platform to share perspectives that help shape a more inclusive and successful community. ERGs are supported by UNITAS: Office of Community Enrichment in coordination with Human Resources and are open to all employees.
