NEWS AND EVENTS

This Innovation Grant supports faculty in enhancing academic courses or programs through meaningful community-based learning. Aligned with ��Ƶ’s Rooted. Restless. Strategic Plan, the grant encourages creative approaches that strengthen student learning, deepen community engagement, and elevate teaching excellence. Funded by the Office of the Provost, VITAL, and the Center for the Common Good, proposals are due February 6, 2026.

Make this a holiday where people of all ages and backgrounds come together to improve lives, bridge social barriers and move our nation closer to the "Beloved Community" that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. envisioned. Turkey Drive 2025: Service in Action

A tremendous thank you to the 150+ faculty, staff, students and community members who contributed to our Turkey Drive this year. As a community, we collected 285 meal boxes, 400lbs of extra food supplies, $5,750 in ShopRite gift cards and an additional $2,420 in online donations. Located in the heart of ��Ƶ's campus, Mission & Ministry is housed in . St. Rita Hall is named for St. Rita of Cascia, a 15th-century Augustinian nun renowned for her faithful perseverance and works of peace and reconciliation.
